Managed a team of 3 on-shore data analysts and engineers supporting IKEA's US Retail organization, with a specific focus on fulfillment and customer service operations. Designed and engineered data solutions that dramatically reduce the time from raw data to decision-making.

• Developed a data product analyzing delivery cost margin across key dimensions, identifying $100K in cost savings in its first year.
• Implemented a solution to more effectively visualize inventory positions against forecast and goal, saving 2,100 hours per year in data access, cleansing, and synthesis.

• Standardized core data definitions for a pharmaceutical Master Data Management (MDM) catalog at AmerisourceBergen by facilitating cross-functional workshops with Finance, Accounting, and Supplier Relations stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment.
• Provided analytics and reporting strategy for Comcast Cable, focusing on the bridge between technical infrastructure and executive storytelling.

• Managed the credit monthly data collection and reporting process for Capmark's entire balance sheet loan and equity portfolio, totaling more than 2,500 loans, through a custom-designed, transaction-based system.
• Co-managed the company's Quarterly Loan Risk Rating Process, in which a subset of Capmark's loan portfolio (approximately 1,500 eligible loans) was reviewed and evaluated on an independently certified rating model as part of a custom-designed risk rating application.
